How Often Should You Book?

We get this question a lot, and the honest answer is: it depends on the service and on you. Here's a general guide to start with.
A rough timeline
- Gel polish manicure: every 2 to 3 weeks
- Builder gel overlay: every 3 to 4 weeks for a fill
- Gel-X: every 3 to 4 weeks for a fresh set
- Pedicures: every 4 to 6 weeks
Why these numbers
Your nails are always growing. As they do, the product moves up the nail and the balance of the nail shifts. Coming back on time keeps things strong and even, and it's gentler on your natural nail than stretching it out.
What changes the timing
- How quickly your nails grow (it varies from person to person)
- How hard you are on your hands day to day
- How consistent you are with oil and gloves at home
These timelines assume the at-home part is happening too. When your tech and your daily routine are working together, most people get the full time. When one side slips a bit, sets may need attention a little sooner, and that's completely normal.
Book ahead
The easiest trick? Book your next appointment before you leave. It keeps you on track and gets you the time slot you actually want.
